To my spanish neighbours: terrorrism is the most coward way of fight ever seen. If someone on the Olimpics said that Spain was exposed to it is true. Not an exclusive but true. In the competition between Portugal and Spain for America's Cup that was also pointed as a fact. Didn't influence the result. Everybody is free to choose reasons. I'm proud of the way spanish people usually deal with those monsters. As I was on Londoners'. I was surprised that you accepted your troops to leave Irak so quiet. Because you never do things they ask and then you did it. To leave Irak is an option to every democratic states. To do it to calm terrorist attacks was never your type. Spanish people are brave and so straight. Don't loose that please. To insult people that refers the fact it is to loose perspective.

J'ai toujours eu une partie de mon coeur qui vibre pour la Principauté. Je vous souhaite de réussir dans votre ambition de faire de la Principauté, un pôle d'avenir, de modernité, d'humanisme, d'éthique et d'écologie.
